  1. I can't believe the court still uses such fallacious methods to determine justice, we need lie detectors/truth serums, not this garbage. All the prosecutor did was logically show how improbable it was for the gun to fly up, be caught so as to be shot. He didn't even do a good job at showing how improbable that would be… and even if he had, that still wouldn't prove that the man is guilty. If he showed the slightest bit of emotion about her death, the jury wouldn't have voted guilty because there is no logic to the prosecutor's examination.

  3. i actually like this cross examination questioning because it's really confronting the defendant face to face. I'm very interested in taking law as a career I would like advice from you

  4. Tommylehman ,what you said is completely false.Any lawyer could be as smart ,not as smart,or smarter then the witness. Why I disagree is because lawyers are the one who are responsible for finding a way for the client to have a good status or to grab the jury (or judges) reason of why the client should actually face trial and why they should be free of charge or at least to let them have a voice put out there. So, doesn't it take some intelligence to let the client have a strong defensive side to there opposition whether they are no doubt guilty or need evidence off their side the story. So,in theory the lawyers are all the brains the client's just hoping the lawyer doesn't mess up for them.

  5. k, even though this is really old, is this real ??? it sure doesn't look/sound like it. More like a commercial of how to be entertaining in court. very bizzare. almost a SNL sketch.
